Rental Terms & Conditions
Property
Casa Palma – Dehesa de Campoamor, Alicante, Spain.
Minimum Stay
Casa Palma accepts reservations with a minimum stay of 11 days.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the guest receives written confirmation from the owner and the agreed deposit or payment has been received.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. Full payment may be required before arrival depending on the booking period.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damages or excessive cleaning. The deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated before arrival. Guests are asked to respect these times unless otherwise agreed.
Occupancy
Only the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation may stay at the property.
House Rules
Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and community rules. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be specified at the time of booking confirmation.
Applicable Law
These rental terms are governed by Spanish law.
